LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes
LEGO games rarely disappoint, and LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes doesn't either. We might be super hyped for the forthcoming Batman movie, but that hasn't clouded our judgement of this superb game for the whole family. This is a great action game no matter whether you're a kid, adult or a big kid, and one of the best uses of the DC license we've ever seen.
Worth a mention
A few games that didn't make the 10 but are well worth a mention as standout titles from the first half of 2012 include Vita exclusive Gravity Rush, episodic adventure The Walking Dead, 3DS action game Kid Icarus: Uprising, Capcom's Street Fighter X Tekken, gorgeous Vita racer WipEout 2048, and ambitiously large RPG Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning.
